I'm Arlene Gray, a cosmetology professional, educator, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the beauty industry. I'm passionate about helping aspiring braiders and beauty professionals build their skills, gain confidence, and turn their talents into opportunities.
I created A's Hair Academy to make beauty education accessible and help students learn about braiding, health and hygiene, and professional standards. I also want to help students explore entrepreneurship and take steps toward building their own independent beauty businesses.
